View more details about The Granary... View more details about The Studio...Bridget and Bob Eldridge bought Summertree Farm in 1990, with no intention of having holiday homes, but in 1991 they converted the old grain store into The Granary.

The Granary proved so popular, that the following year they converted the cobbled floored stable into The Studio.

Now a third cottage has been converted from what used to be the cow byre. Midsummer Cottage became available in May 2004 and Bridget and Bob have already had very positive feedback from some of their regular guests.

Summertree Farm Cottages offer accommodation in a perfect setting - an ideal rural retreat with the personal touch.

Guests are greeted on arrival, and quickly find it easy to relax. There is ample free parking and because Bridget and Bob live in the farmhouse, not far away from the cottages, they are available if any help is needed, but otherwise they don’t interfere.

Summertree Farm is the ideal place from which to explore Yorkshire. It is ideally situated, with so many of Yorkshire’s amenities all within a 40 miles radius, such as the sea, forestry and the historic city of York.

Dogs Trust... For a small extra charge, one well behaved pet is welcomed. The proceeds from this charge will be donated to the Dogs Trust at the end of the season.
